July 10, 2009: House Approves Funds for Strategic Weapons Engineering Facility at Crane

WASHINGTON - Federal funding to expand a strategic weapons systems engineering facility at Crane has received preliminary approval. The House signed-off on the funding as part of the FY 2010 Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations bill today. Rep. Brad Ellsworth submitted the budget request on behalf of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane in Martin County.
